Specification: The energy from the specially designed stainless steel heat exchanger (electrical) is channelized to the boiler chamber that has clean water filled in it. This process of heat exchanging generates chemical free steam for humidification.

The heat exchanger transfers latent heat to the boiler chamber(filled with clean water) for generating humidity.
Water Level Control
Mechanical ss float valve allows and maintain inflow of fresh clean water on heater coil.
Steam Out let : Steam generated from the unit is raised and exits thought the steam outlet passing either by vapor hose or piping.

Maintenance Clean out plate: It simplifies maintenance. The removable cover allows access to tank without disconnecting steam discharge outlet and the clean out platemakers heat exchanger accessible.

These are available in 3 different modes : 1) Portable 2) Laboratory 3) Surgical Optional Fully Automatic System for Autoclave : Supplied with microprocessor based digital temperature controller cum timer, automatic purging of steam with solenoid valve and low water level cut off system for heater safety.
